Prevalence Of Agreement Concluded With Foreign Government Or organization
Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, the
provisions of a grant or loan agreement concluded between Government of Nepal and a foreign government or organization owned by a foreign
government or an international organization shall be applicable to the public construction works to be carried out under such agreement.
